Training Options

OTG Basketball Trainings help you get in shape for the season, earn more playing time, and prepare for team tryouts. We have worked with players on elementary, middle, high school and college levels to enhance players’ fundamental skills, as well as strengthen weaknesses.

1-on-1 Private Session

Ages 10 & Up
1 Session: $45
6 Sessions: $210*
10 Sessions: $325

1-on-1 Private Sessions are unique and specific to the individual to help reach his/her basketball goals. After discussing, evaluating and understanding the needs and concerns of the trainee, a custom detailed workout plan will be created and can be adjusted when needed. These sessions allow the coach and player to have a personal relationship to assure that the trainee thoroughly understands concepts and reaches his/her goals.

Group Training

Ages 10 & Up
$25/person each session (3-5 players)
$20/person each session (6+ players)
(At least 3 players per group are necessary, and must commit to 6 or more sessions. Sessions are 60-75 minutes long.)

Group Trainings are designed to improve overall basketball skills and performance. It’s an opportunity to hone in on core skills and understand team play/concepts, and offensive/defensive effectiveness with peers their age. Lessons will be determined based on what the group as a whole can use to enhance their skills on the court. Coaches work hard to evaluate players current skill set and place teaching emphasis on ways to maximize their talents. Players are expected to work hard and focus during these small group training sessions.

Camps (Coming Soon)

Ages 6 & Up (Details and information on future camps will be posted soon.)

Camps consist of basketball stationary drills, team games, guest speakers, and fun competition with a chance to win prizes. Camps will be 1-week (weekdays only, 5 days total, 9:00am-3:00pm) in the summer. Dates and Locations TBD. Each day will consist of 6 hours of intense skills development on the court and time dedicated to being a healthy athlete off the court. Players are responsible for a bag lunch and bottled water daily.
